Building People, Strengthening ELIXIR
As part of the Building People, Strengthening ELIXIR: Training, Leadership and Lasting Impact session, Xènia Pérez Sitjà contributed to the conversation on PeerLadder’s perspective on career progression programmes for digital Research Technical Professionals, while Saskia Lawson-Tovey presented a lightning talk on what the programme does and brings to UK dRTPs.
Laying the groundwork for an EDI focus group
We also led the conversation at one of the round tables of the workshop “From Past Experience to Future Action: Laying the groundwork for an EDI focus group”, where PeerLadder became the inspiration for a new BeNeLux potential programme.
Beyond ELEAD
In Beyond ELEAD – implementing local activities that foster women’s leadership, we presented the case of PeerLadder as the only national spin-out of ELEAD – continuing the format and expanding it in new directions, beyond gender to all underrepresented dRTPs.
